We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Saturday books out furthest ahead, so if a weekend suits you best it is worth looking two or three weeks out rather than this week. The first appointment of the day at 8:30am is usually the easiest to get at short notice.
If nothing in the calendar works, call us. The online system shows scheduled openings, and we can sometimes fit you in around them, particularly for something short.
Ten dentists work here and they do not all do the same work. If you are coming in about something specific, pick the clinician who does a lot of it rather than the first available slot. You can read about each of them first. If you have seen someone here before and would like to stay with them, choose them by name in the booking form. Continuity matters more than most people expect, especially partway through a treatment plan.
Book an examination rather than a specific treatment. A dentist needs to look before anyone can say what is needed, and booking straight into a filling or a clean sometimes means the appointment is the wrong length for what you actually need.
Bring your health fund card, your Medicare card and a list of any medications. We claim health fund rebates on the spot through HICAPS, so you pay the difference on the day rather than claiming back later. If it has been several years since your last check-up, say so in the booking notes. It changes how we plan the appointment and it is far more common than people assume. Our contact page covers parking, access and how to find us.
Do not wait for an online slot. Call (03) 9725 8040 and tell us what has happened. We keep time aside for urgent problems and will tell you honestly how soon we can see you. Our emergency dentist page explains what to do first for a knocked-out tooth, a broken tooth or an abscess. For difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding or significant facial trauma, call 000.
